Grandma's Secret Tips
Sides Touching
When placing the biscuits in the pan, make sure their sides are touching. This helps them rise higher and stay soft!
Foil Protection
If the tops start to get too dark, lay a piece of foil on top of the partially cooked biscuits to finish cooking without burning.
Soda Magic
The carbonation in the soda is what makes these so light and fluffy - don't use flat soda!
Butter Bath
Don't skip the butter in the pan - it creates the most amazing crispy bottom and keeps them moist!
